Yes, absolutely. Every piece in our store—from our ceramic vases and wooden furniture to our handmade wool rugs—is individually handcrafted by skilled Moroccan artisans using authentic, traditional techniques.
Why do some items have slight variations in color or texture?
Because each item is crafted by hand using natural materials (wood, clay, pure wool), subtle variations in weave, shade, and grain are natural characteristics of artisanal work. This ensures your piece is one-of-a-kind.
2. Shipping & Delivery
How long will it take to process and ship my order?
Production and preparation times vary depending on the product:
• Ceramics & Home Decor: 4 - 7 business days
• Seating & Wooden Tables: 5 - 8 business days
• Handmade Wool Rugs: 8 - 15 business days
Once dispatched, international express delivery takes 5 - 10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide express shipping via trusted international carriers. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your shipment leaves our workshop.
Are customs and import duties included?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I request a custom size or design?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for eligible standard items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Custom-made pieces are non-returnable unless there is a defect in craftsmanship.
